I recently published a review of the Poooliprint Thermal Pocket Printer and you can read it here if you haven’t yet, but the gist of it is that it saves me so much time and allows me to create spreads I never could have before.
I didn’t use to stick picture or images in my Bullet Journal, for fear of getting glue everywhere but now I enjoy it so much! I’ll let you see for yourself!

Without further ado, here are all the different ways I’ve been using my Poooliprint Thermal Printer in my Bullet Journal!
A Best Memories page
I don’t know about you, but I have a ton of photos on my phone, but none of them in a physical version.
With the Poooliprint Thermal Pocket Printer, you can easily print out your favorite pictures and create a “Best Memories of the month” page (or it can of the week, year, etc.)!
I don’t think I would have EVER gotten around to printing out these pictures if I didn’t have my Poooliprinter. Now don’t get me wrong, the printed pictures will NOT be the same quality as the pictures on your phone (obviously), but they make for a fun and easy ways to remember your best moments.
You can print them on the white rolls of papers (recommended for best quality of pictures) and stick them in your Bullet Journal using double-sided tape (just like this one!) or washi tape.
A Playlist spread
I don’t really know why, but I love to keep track of the music I listen to. I also love looking back at what I was listening to a certain month. (Let me know in the comments below if you do that too, or if I’m just special!)
Before I had my Poooliprint Thermal Printer, I would simply list out the songs I’ve been listening to. But now, I can print out the album covers and make a spread so much more visually appealing and in no time!
It was truly so easy, I printed out the image covers on the white sticky paper rolls, cut them, and stuck them right in my Bullet Journal! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to just listing the songs.
A Book covers page
Just like the music playlist spread, I like to keep track of the books I’ve read in a month or a year. Instead of listing them out, now I print the covers on my Poooliprinter and it makes for awesome spreads in my Bullet Journal!
Just like the album covers, I use the white sticky paper rolls to easily stick them to a page.
You know, sometimes I don’t like my handwriting. I mean, usually, I like my handwriting, but there are days where my handwriting is randomly ugly and sloppy. I don’t know why, maybe my hand is tired.
In any case, with my Poooliprint Thermal Pocket Printer, I can simply find a font that I like, write my title and print it (I use Canva for this, but you could use any text document app)! I usually print it on my Semi-Transparent paper rolls so when I stick it in my Bullet Journal, it almost looks like I wrote it (hehe).
A good idea for people who love calligraphy but haven’t had time to learn it yet or don’t feel like it!
Pretty Quotes page
Just like the previous page idea, you can use your Poooliprint Thermal Printer to print out motivational or inspirational quotes in a beautiful font.
Perfect for those who don’t like their handwriting, or just haven’t quite mastered the new font just yet. Super easy to do, you just stick it in your Bullet Journal and voilà, you can go back and read this quote every time you need to!
If you want to save time and not write the whole 30-ish days of a month every week or so for a mini calendar, you can use your Poooliprinter to print one!
I use models I find on Google Images, print them out with my Poooliprint Thermal Printer and stick them right in my Bullet Journal. I like to use the colored sticky rolls of paper, makes it super easy and adds a pop of color to a page!
This is something you can do directly in the Poooli App! You can choose a template they already have for To-Do lists or Post-its in the app, write out what you want it to say, and print it!
This takes a whole minute and a half, and you can even save a copy of your To-Do list on your phone or tablet and print it whenever you need to!
This is almost like creating your own stickers!
Again, super easy! You find a pretty image on the internet (ex: on Pinterest, Google Images, etc), you save it to your phone and you print it on the paper rolls of your choice!
I tried this with two different types of paper rolls and I loved both results! With the white sticky paper rolls, I also added colors with my Tombow Dual Brush pens (make sure you give it a few seconds to dry). I also printed little images on my Semi-Transparent paper rolls. Equally nice results!
A Blog Stats Table
This is more for the bloggers out there, but I created a table that I can print out often and stick it in my Bullet Journal. It barely takes a second!
I made this table to write down the stats of my blog, but you can use a table in many different ways! This is not just for bloggers!
If you want to save time at drawing tables, or want to avoid ink smudges, this is a perfect solution for you!
And that’s it! Those were all the ways I use my Poooliprint Thermal Printer in my Bullet Journal!
I’m sure I’ll think of some more ways to use it eventually, and I’ll update this post!
