Welcome to this new edition of Plan With Me, where I will be showing you my planning for the month of May 2019 in my Bullet Journal!

I wanted to show you what’s in my Bullet Journal this month! Summer is upon us and I feel energised. I have plenty of energy to start working out and most importantly, to stay organized in my Bullet Journal.

This month, I made some pages that have already been featured in previous Plan With Me pages, but also, pages you’ve never seen before. There is even a specific spread that is making its comeback, to my delight (and perhaps yours!).

In short, if you are looking for inspiration to organize this month of May 2019 in your Bullet Journal, look no further!

Without further ado, here are the spreads for this edition of Plan With Me: May 2019 in my Bullet Journal!

The Monthly Log

Of course, my monthly planning always starts with the Monthly Log. This page includes the dates and the corresponding week days, displayed on a column in the center of the page.

I like to use one side of the column for my events related to my work, and the other side of the column, for my personal events, such as appointments or dinner with friends.

The next page, simply titled “To-Do”, includes the tasks I want to accomplish this month. These are tasks that are done on a monthly basis.

I have already written “Factures” (bills) to note and check the monthly bills to pay, then “Tâches” (chores), for the household chores I do monthly.

The Instagram plan

The next page is a page you are familiar with if you have read my previous Plan With Me. This is my Instagram schedule.

I simply note the days of the month and what photos I want to publish on a specific date. This page helps me a lot to manage my social networks (well Instagram, at least).

My Instagram planning page is very minimalist, I don’t complicate things for myself, you could say. I only added a pretty title. See the picture below for my Instagram planning page!

The Habit Tracker

On the other side of the Instagram plan is my Habit Tracker page. This page is for writing down when a particular action was done on a given day.

The purpose of this page is to encourage yourself to perform your actions, so that they become habits. Obviously, these are normally good habits that we want to develop. Coloring in or checking a day as ‘done’ is also encouraging.

The Cardio Log

Here is a new page of my monthly planning, the Cardio Log. I don’t think I’ve used it before, at least not in my monthly planning. I’ve previously used pages to jot down when I’m running, that I called Running Logs.

This page will include all the cardio exercises that I will perform this month, such as going for a walk, running, rollerblading, etc. I will compile information in this table, such as distance traveled, elapsed time, etc.

The Weather Calendar

The last page of my monthly planning is a page that I haven’t done for several months, the Weather Calendar! The weather calendar is back with the imminent arrival of summer.

In the weather calendar, I write down the temperature and weather every day. It’s interesting to eventually look back and see whether the temperature of the month was nice or not.

I didn’t include this page in my monthly planning this past winter, because, let’s face it, it’s a bit depressing to write down the weather for Canadian winter. So, voilà! The weather calendar is back for the end of spring and summer!

  1. I never thought about doing a cardio log! What a super idea for motivation to keep working out! I have a planner for almost everything else in my life from kid activities, meal planning, blog activities, day time job, weight log … Time to add cardio to my planner!
